[That's admittedly not something she's thought about, but she's been so focused on this room and the condition of the others that she hadn't considered that there could be other rooms with other people in them. Definitely not a pleasant thought, but it doesn't really change the level of concern in her troubled expression.]

And it's a lung condition. It isn't fatal, but it's quite unpleasant.

[It can be fatal, sure, but she's not going to point that out right now and make him panic after telling him to try and breathe normally. Because she does think he might panic further. She'll also refrain from giving some sort of overly clinical explanation as that would most likely just lead to more talking and confusion and possibly exacerbating his condition.]

It is treatable, though I'm not entirely sure what treatments are available at this point.
