( it's a small gesture, but still an appreciated one. honestly, Peter is pretty used to trying to handle things by himself. his aunt will try and give him a pep talk here or there, but she can't really comprehend what he's going through. because he won't let her. doesn't even want her to really know what he's dealing with, because she worries enough about him thinking he's a normal kid with normal problems.

still, it's an isolating way to live. and everyone stranded in Santa Rosita is struggling with the same things. it does make a difference to know someone else gets it, and can commiserate with how difficult it is. he's not asking for the support and probably wouldn't, but it's nice to get it. maybe he needs it. )

I guess. Which is also not great to think about. How could we have lost such a huge stretch of time? There's so many questions around here but not that manny answers.
