While nothing fancy like you'd find in those big cities, Santa Rosita's town hall has a banquet hall more than capable of fitting in the Christmas Gala. It's also available for weddings, but those slots fill up fast!

Restrooms are on the first floor near to the coat room and where the HHA sign out their loaner garments. On the second floor, you find the banquet hall and the start to administrative offices. The more stairs you climb, the more rooms with boring old file cabinets and desks you find.
