Wrathion is not, usually, someone who partakes in... teaching. Teaching is a slow, arduous process. He has more patience than he previously -- as a younger man he barely had any at all, only interested in instant results.
However. There is, he realises, potential here. Firstly, potential to have Huaisang owe him a favour. There is value in that. He could add it to list and call upon it when he's in need. Secondly, there's value in having someone else able to tailor. The shops don't create things that interest him, in someone he knows able to use the machine might mean he could redirect some work when necessary.
Lastly, it would be useful to be in the good books of some people here. Friendship does not come... naturally to Wrathion. Interacting with mortals is often awkward. He knows they empathise much more quickly than he does, understand the world by different rules. Anduin would tell him he should make an effort. So then --
"Of course," he answers smoothly. "You needn't worry about pay. We can simply consider it a favour for a favour."
