[Kipo hadn't prepared very well for the frozen temperatures - mostly because she wasn't planning on going outside. But in an instant, she goes from the warm comfort of her home to frozen water. And just like that, her brain barely catches up with the fact that her lungs are filling with water. She frantically starts swimming, thrashing in the water until she hits the ice and breaks through.
But she can't seem to get up onto the surface, coughing and freezing in the cold water. She won't last very long if she can't get out of the water.

All right. The first one was kinda cute, but I'm gonna have to ask you to leave.
[After recovering from the lake, Kipo's had enough of the snowmen popping up all over town, especially outside of her house. They're pretty much blocking her way out.]
Okay, I get it. We're gonna have to do this the hard way - hiyah!
[Kipo delivers a punch to the head, and is a little surprised when she hits something a little more solid than snow.]
Huh?
[She digs at the snowman's face, feeling something hard - frozen - and sees two very human, very dead eyes.]

[There's pounding outside your door, right around midnight, as a girl frantically shouts from the other side.]
LETMEINLETMEINLETMEINLETMEINNNNN-!!
[There's the roar of something that follows, getting louder as the girl either pounds the door or in desperation just lets herself into the house.]
